A Hybrid Euler–Lagrange Model for the Paint Atomization Process of Air Spraying

چکیده

The modeling of the paint atomization process is a barrier in computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation for whole air spraying, and seriously restricts robot intelligent spray gun trajectory planning improvement coating quality. Consequently, multi-scale model based on hybrid Euler–Lagrange method was established this paper, which included large liquid micelle motion model, particle turbulence flow model. Euler adopted to capture gas–liquid interface field describe deformation micelles. identification transformation mechanisms micelles small particles were constructed by droplets generated tracked Lagrange method. described two-equation calculation consisting finite-volume an adaptive hexcore mesh technique pressure-based coupled algorithm established. solved validation carried out, independence verification reliability analysis. results predicted parameters, shapes, changing from droplets, consistent with experimental data. As result, paper reliable studying spraying.
